Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At VEKA Beauty Concierge, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. To maintain this level of service and respect the time of our providers, we have established the following cancellation policy: Early Cancellation (48 hours or more in advance) Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time will be accepted without charge. We appreciate your advance notice so that we can rearrange our schedules. Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours in advance) For any cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total service fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 100% of the total service fee will be charged. No-Show If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling, the full amount of the service will be charged. Group Booking For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reserved services will be charged. Appointment Modifications Appointment modifications are possible based on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Exceptions We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel for medical or emergency reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be evaluated individually. Deposit for Group Reservations For significant group reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% due 24 hours before the scheduled date. For reservations by service, full payment will be required to confirm your appointment.
